Electrical Laboratory
This laboratory is a professional technical department under the Metrology and Calibration Business Division of LETRI, covering electromagnetic, radio and time frequency disciplines, including high voltage and flaw detection fields. The establishment, preservation, value transmission or traceability of measurement standards in electromagnetic, radio, time frequency, electromagnetic compatibility and other aspects, and the quality inspection of measuring instruments.
The business scope of the electrical laboratory covers the measurement of DC signals, AC signals, microwave signals, AC impedance, pulse parameters, voltage distortion, time frequency, electromagnetic compatibility testing equipment, acoustic and nondestructive testing equipment. The laboratory is equipped with measuring equipment with international advanced level, and has built a laboratory with first-class equipment and technical capabilities. At present, there are more than 10 technicians, more than two-thirds of whom have bachelor's degree or above. There are 110 calibration and testing items recognized by CNAS, and 6 measurement standards have been established, which can cover the measurement and testing needs of most enterprises and institutions.
