Length laboratory
This laboratory is a professional technical department under the Metrology and Calibration Business Department of LETRI. The department is mainly oriented to the field of mechanical manufacturing and precision measurement, providing measurement and testing services for the majority of manufacturing enterprises and institutions, scientific research and testing institutions, etc. The CANS calibration/testing certificate/report issued by the department can be mutually recognized in more than 100 countries and regions around the world, and can also be used as the technical basis for legal metrological management, quantity traceability supervision, system review and approval, technical achievements identification, administrative review and legal arbitration. Now it has a measuring tool laboratory and a precision gauge measurement laboratory, including a constant temperature and humidity laboratory with an accuracy of ± 0.5 ℃. It has advanced measuring and testing equipment at home and abroad, such as XL-80 laser interferometer of Renishaw, standard ball bat of matte ceramic 3D scanner, TRIMOS high-precision full-automatic length measuring instrument of Danqing, Switzerland, and ZEISS high-precision coordinate system.
